Kareena Kapoor Khan is finally on Instagram!

It finally happened—Kareena Kapoor Khan has officially made her Instagram entry. Her new Instagram handle that goes by 'kareenakapoorkhan' got the blue tick of verification on Friday. The account popped up on Instagram on Thursday, and has already garnered over 7 lakh followers.

"The cat's out of the bag. Hello, Instagram," Kareena captioned her first ever Instagram photo, which appears to be on a promotion for Puma. Dressed in an all-black athleisure ensemble from Puma, Kareena rocked the look.

Her sister Karisma Kapoor shared her post, welcoming the actress to the social media platform. "Brace yourselves, Instagram. She's here! Welcome to the gram, Bebo." Fans also have welcomed their favourite actress with open arms. It is rumoured Kareena already had a secret Instagram profile.

On the work front, Kareena was last seen in Good Newwz along with Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh. She will next be seen in Homi Adajania's Angrezi Medium alongside Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan, and opposite Aamir Khan in Laal Singh Chadha.

She will also feature in Karan Johar's magnum opus project Takht which will also star Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor. . The Mughal era-set film will marks her first collaboration with Karan after 2001's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gha.

"I'm really looking forward to it because I'm working with Karan again after so many years. I'm also excited as I think both me and Karan have changed dramatically since Kabhi,” she had said.

She recently said she is in the movies to entertain people and moving ahead would like to continue doing the same.

"I want to do different films. I'm here to entertain the audience and that is something that I hope to continue doing. Apart from that, there's no plan. I have never had a blueprint... I'm there till my fans are willing to watch me."
