Although Priyanka Chopra now lives in the United States, she still has a strong fan following in India. A case in point was a recent political rally in Delhi, where three-time MLA Surendra Kumar led a crowd of Congress supporters to chant “Priyanka Chopra Zindabad”.

Of course, he meant to chant Priyanka Gandhi Zindabad. In the video, a crowd of supporters can be seen being guided to chant slogans. In the start of the clip, Kumar shouts Sonia Gandhi and the crowd responds with “Zindabad!”.

He leads the crowd this way, chanting “Congress Party" to which the crowd cheers "Zindabad!” and “Rahul Gandhi" followed by Zindabad!”. Then, he shouts "Priyanka Chopra..." and before he could correct his mistake, the crowd yells back “Zindabad!”.

Kumar then sheepishly apologises and leads the cheer for Priyanka Gandhi.
