Priya Prakash Varrier, the winking girl from the viral Malayalam song Maanikya Malaraya Poovi, needs no introduction. Her expressions and flirtatious wink from the song had catapulted the actress to instant fame overnight.
If the rumour mill is to be believed, Varrier might have made her way into Bollywood, too. According to reports, Karan Johar is keen on casting the internet sensation in Rohit Shetty's Simmba starring Ranveer Singh. Though no official announcement has been made, the names of Janhvi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, too, were in the fray.
The song featuring Varrier had gone viral recently for a scene which features the actress flirtatiously winking at a boy, and playing around with her eyebrows. She garnered one million followers on Instagram in just a single day, reportedly becoming the fastest Indian celebrity to do so.
