A two-day event, organised by the Sapta Shakti Command of the Indian Army, which seeks to familiarise people, especially youth and children, with the army's operations and technological advancements, is underway at Kota Military Station.

The 'Know Your Army' event aims to create awareness among people about the Indian Army's operations, technological advancements, and combat capabilities, Kota Military Station said in a statement.
The Weapons and Equipment Exhibition showcased modern military weaponry, advanced artillery, surveillance equipment, and bridge-building technologies, providing visitors with insights into the army's strategic preparedness and cutting-edge technologies. Besides, people will be told about the career opportunities in the Indian Army.
There will also be demonstrations of traditional martial arts such as 'Malakhamb,' 'Kalaripayattu,' and 'Gatka' apart from a para-motor show, the press note added.
Over 1,000 students, teachers, and citizens are attending the event, apart from senior military officials, and other dignitaries.
This unique initiative further strengthened the bond between the Indian Army and the public, inspiring youth towards national service, the release from Kota Military Station said.
