National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a medical entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and every year around 13 Lakh students appear for NEET. It is one of the toughest competitive exams in the country, which provide admissions to premier medical institutes to pursue medical courses like MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and other. Therefore, the competition is quite intense to get through the exam. For that reason, one has to prepare for the exam with determination, relentless dedication and consistency to achieve their goal.

In NEET exam, a student has to answer 180 MCQs from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in 3 hours. A student obtains 4 marks for every correct answer, and 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. NEET syllabus is of 10+2 level, prescribed by NMC/MCI. Therefore, a student can prepare for NEET along with their school studies.

Why Should One Target 650+ Marks in NEET 2021?

Every NEET aspirant wishes to score highest marks in the exam to secure their seat in India’s prestigious medical colleges. With only 4 months to go for NEET 2021, students Doubt whether they can achieve 650+ marks. So for them, there is an inspirational  quote that reads, “It is not about who hits first, it is all about who hits harder.”

From last year NEET score, it is evident that 600 mark score is not a safe benchmark to get admission into medical colleges, so a student has to put some extra NEET planning and execution efforts. The cut-off rank for admission to government medical colleges last year in some states was as low as 5000, and in some states, it was down to 10,000s.

If a student wants to secure a seat in among the top medical colleges in India such as AIIMS, JIPMER, he/should target the exceptional NEET scores. Therefore, it is the safest idea to set your target to 650+ or aim for exceptional 700+ score in NEET 2021.
