Former Congress Rajya Sabha MP and renowned poet Bekal Utsahi passed away in the wee hours of Saturday, following brain haemorrhage.
He was admitted on December 1 at RML hospital in New Delhi.
Utsahi passed away at 4.30 am in the ICU.
