In a shocking incident, a leopard was spotted inside the Vibgyor School at Kundalahalli area of Bengaluru on early Sunday morning. CCTV cameras showed the feline freely roaming in the school premises.

Fortunately, there were no students inside the complex as the school was closed for Sunday.

According to reports, at least four people were injured during the operation to capture the animal which is now locked in a room near the swimming pool.

One of those injured is conservationist Sanjay Gubbi, who was reportedly bit on his leg and arms by the feline. Forest officials have reached the spot.

This is the second such incident in Karnataka in the recent past after a leopard barged into TMS school of Chikmagalur district in 2015. A leopard was in the Whitefield area four years ago in 2012.
