A group of bikers from American Legion helped veteran singer Bruce Springsteen get home after his motorcycle broke down in New Jersey.

The 67-year-old rocker was taking a spin on his motorcycle to enjoy a warm day in the city, but it broke down on the side of the road, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The bikers, Dan Barkalow, Bob Grigs, Donald Clayton and Ryan Baily were making their way through the backstreets after a Veterans Day event, when they noticed a scared and lonely rider on the side of Allaire Road calling out for help.

They pulled over and discovered it was Springsteen. Baily had the Boss climb onto his bike, and the men gave him a ride to Mulligan's, a restaurant in Farmingdale, while the singer made a call for a pickup.

After members of the American Legion gave the singer a ride to a nearby restaurant, Springsteen left them USD 100 as a token of his appreciation.
