New Delhi, Oct 30 (PTI) RPG Life Sciences posted a decline in net profit to Rs 28.22 crore in the September quarter.

The RPG Group firm had posted a profit of Rs 36.85 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

Revenue from operations, however, grew to Rs 211.6 crore from Rs 181.68 crore in the same quarter a year earlier, it said.

Domestic formulations continued to outperform the market in FY27, led by strong volume growth and performance across speciality therapies, it said in a release.

RPG Life Sciences Ltd Managing Director Ashok Nair said, "We have delivered another strong quarter with 16.5 per cent revenue growth and 15 per cent adjusted EBITDA growth, while maintaining healthy margins despite external cost pressures.

"The creation of RPG Active Pharma and the acquisitions of Actis and Raghava mark an important step in our API strategy. With the transactions completed, our focus is now on integration and value creation through higher asset utilisation, deeper customer engagement, international expansion, and cost improvement."
