Michael Tabman, former special agent in charge of the FBI's Minneapolis Field Office, told Fox News Digital that Tyler Robinson was acting irrationally and in a state of confusion after the committing the crime.

Hinting that Tyler knew he could be arrested eventually, Tabman said, "I think he knew he'd be caught. I think he was just kind of hanging around waiting to get caught."
A text between Tyler Robinson and his live-in transgender partner Lance Twiggs revealed that the suspect stayed in Orem for some hours after the shooting, which took place at 12.23 pm on September 10.
