Prince Harry's memoir finally has a release date. The book titled 'Spare' will be released on January 10 2023. The much-awaited book will be published by Penguin Random House and is expected to be explosive. It is being billed as an account told with raw, unflinching honesty" and filled with insight, revelation, self-examination, and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief, AP reported.

Publication of the Duke of Sussex's memoir was postponed due to Queen Elizabeth's death in September. The memoir's title is an apparent reference to Prince Harry's being a royal spare, not the first in line to succession. William, Prince of Wales, is next in line.

The book will come out in 16 languages including Dutch and Portuguese. There will also be an audio edition read by Prince Harry. The book will cover Harry's journey from his childhood and military duty in Afghanistan to becoming a husband to Meghan and father to Archie and Lilibet.

Meghan and Harry released a book after they stepped down as senior royals in January 2020. the book was called 'Finding Freedom. After surrendering their royal titles, Harry and Meghan, in a way, established themselves as media moguls. They gave an explosive interview with celebrity TV host Oprah Winfrey. In the interview they accused a senior royal of racism-- they faced speculation over the unborn prince Archie's skin colour.

The couple has set up Archwell audio, which produces Archetypes, a podcast hosted by Meghan. The former royals have also signed a lucrative deal with Netflix.

Harry, in an earlier statement, had said, “I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I've learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a first-hand account of my life that's accurate and wholly truthful.”
