Sumit Antil clinched gold at the Tokyo Paralympics by winning the men's javelin throw F64 event with a world record effort.
The wrestler-turned-javelin thrower from Haryana threw 68.55m to win the second gold for India at the Games. Earlier in the day, shooter Avani Lekhara created history as she became the first Indian woman to win a gold at the Paralympics, topping the R-2 women's 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 event.
