All-rounder Hardik Pandya, who returned to the Indian team after five months post a back surgery, took to Twitter on Tuesday to wish his followers a happy Holi.
“Happy holidays from the Pandyas ❤️ #Holi hai” he tweeted, posting a photo of himself and his Serbian fiancée Natasa Stankovic and brother Krunal Pandya.
The adorable family selfie also included Pandya’s terrier, Bentley.

Pandya had proposed to Natasa on January 1. The Serbian actress has starred in a few Bollywood films and became popular after appearing on Bigg Boss 8.
In October 2019, Pandya underwent surgery for a lower back injury he had sustained while playing in the Asia Cup in the UAE in 2018. While he briefly recovered and managed to play in both the IPL and World Cup after that, his injury returned—threatening to take him out of matches for a long duration.
He had tweeted after the surgery assuring fans that it went smoothly.
Pandya made his return in style. On March 3, he smashed a 37-ball century while playing for Reliance 1 at the DY Patil T20 tournament. Pandya scored 158 runs from 55 balls. He posted on Twitter to let his fans know that he was getting back into his groove.
Pandya and the rest of the Indian ODI squad were recently training in Dharamsala in preparation for the first ODI against South Africa on March 12. Shikhar Dhawan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will also be making comebacks in this tournament after recovering from injuries. The BCCI shared a video of Pandya training for the same.
