The match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh was abandoned on Tuesday due to rain. The match was called off without even a ball being bowled as the rain returned to the Bristol County Ground. The match points have been shared between the two teams.

While Sri Lanka has now four points from four games, Bangladesh has only three from four matches. Interestingly, Sri Lanka's last match against Pakistan was also called off due to rains. They had lost to New Zealand by 10 wickets and brought their campaign back with a 34-run victory against Afghanistan.
