The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Friday released a new video showing 50 of its fighter jets destroying the underground bunker that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei sometimes used, before his assassination. Friday is the seventh day since the beginning of the war.
87-year-old Khamenei was one of the senior-most of Tehran's top brass killed in Operation Epic Fury, Washington's name for its coordinated joint strikes with Israel on Iran.

The death of Khamenei on February 28 was a major turning point in the war, which led to Iran ramping up its offensive against US and Israel—a move that eventually drew many Middle Eastern countries into the war.
Notably, the IDF's Friday strike on Khamenei's underground bunker is also one of the biggest attacks on the area, which reportedly targeted other senior officials in the Iranian regime.
Khamenei's death, however, came at the hands of massive US-Israeli airstrikes on a number of targets, including the Supreme Leader's compound—that killed 40 leaders—including Ali Khamenei and Chief of Staff of Iran's armed forces, Abdolrahim Mousavi—in 60 seconds.
US President Donald Trump was one of the first to announce Khamenei's death, which was confirmed by Israeli officials hours later. Multiple reports later declared that PM Benjamin Netanyahu has even been shown a photo of the Supreme Leader's recovered dead body for proof.
Those killed in the airstrikes included seven members from the top brass of Iran's security forces, "who had gathered at several locations in Tehran", IDF spokesperson Nadav Shoshani said in a statement.
"One core objective ... was to significantly degrade the Iranian regime's command-and-control capabilities and its ability to coordinate regional aggression," the statement read.
