The results of the West Bengal School Service Selection teacher recruitment examination, held on Sunday, will be published after Puja, according to the government. The SSC examination was conducted successfully after two years of legal complications and agitation.
State Education Minister Bratya Basu told reporters that the results will be published after Puja and the interview panel will be published in November. “The question paper and answer sheet will be uploaded in a few days. Five days will be given to the candidates to get their feedback. After that, the distribution of marks and the names of the interview candidates will be published on the SSC website," Basu added.
He added that opinions will be sought from the examinees and they will be given five days for file their responses.
How to get the answer key
The West Bengal SSC teacher recruitment test answer key will be released in a PDF format on their official website www.westbengalssc.com. The candidates can use the key to check and tally their marks.
According to SSC chairman Siddharth Majumdar, the answer sheets for classes 9th and 10th will be available from September 16, while the answer sheets for classes 11th and 12th may be published on September 20.
As many as 5,66 000 candidates appeared for the exam, of which 2 93,000 were for classes 9th and 10th. For 11th and 12th, 2,29,497 people sat for classes 11th and 12th.
According to authorities, over 31,000 candidates who appeared for the examination was from other states.
