The Bharatiya Janata Party has finalised seat-sharing agreement with Chirag Paswan’s LJP (Ram Vilas) for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

The agreement was reached after a meeting between Chirag and BJP president J.P. Nadda in New Delhi.

“As a member of the NDA, today in a meeting with BJP national president J P Nadda ji, we have together finalised the seat sharing in Bihar for the ensuing Lok Sabha polls,” Chirag said in a post on X.

The details of the deal will be announced later, he added.

Later, talking to reporters, Chirag confirmed that the division of Lok Sabha seats in Bihar among the NDA parties has been decided and will soon be formally announced.

"All my concerns have been addressed by the BJP. I am satisfied," he said.
