Two Army captains among four soldiers killed in Rajouri encounter

Two Army personnel were killed during an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.

The encounter broke out in Bajimaal area of Dharmsal where the joint forces of the Army and the Jammu and Kashmir Police were conducting a cordon-and-search operation.

One officer and a soldier lost their lives and another sustained injuries, police said.

They added that a fierce gunfight was under way as two terrorists were trapped at the site.
