The application process for recruitment to the Food Coporation of India (FCI) has begun on Tuesday. The FCI has notified vacancies to 4,103 posts across India, including that of Junior Engineer (Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering), Assistant Grade (Hindi), Steno Grade-II (Hindi), and Assistant Grade- III (AG III).
Candidates can apply by logging in to fci.gov.in.
How to apply for FCI 2019 recruitment:
1. Visit the official website at fci.gov.in.
2. Go to the tab 'Current Recruitment'.
3. Select your respective zone. Read the registration and application process carefully and submit the application.
4. Take a print out of the application for your future reference.

The eligible and interested candidates can apply for the FCI posts from Thursday to up to 24:00 hrs on March 30, 2019.
It has been advised that candidates should apply to one zone only. There are five zones, viz, North zone, South zone, East zone, West zone and Northeast zone. North zone has the highest number of vacancies at 1,999. This is followed by West zone at 735, South zone at 540, East zone 538 and Northeast at 291.
According to news reports, the selection of candidates will be done based on an online exam followed by screen test and document verification.
The admit cards will be available on the official website for download only 15 days prior to the date of examination.
