A tech expert caught attention on social media after posting his transformation story using Artificial Intelligence. The X user, Hasan, claimed that he lost 27 kgs with the help of ChatGPT. Social media was in awe as the man said he made it possible without any gym or fancy diet plans. 

The post was not just boosting; Hasan also decided to help others who might be struggling with motivation or finding it hard to get a proper structure. 

"I lost 27 kilos with ChatGPT as my personal trainer," he wrote on X. Daily discipline plus seven prompts were also added by Hasan in the comments section. 

Customised weekly meal plan, fat-loss homeworkouts, habit tracking system, weekly review and adjustments were also shared in detail by him.

Under 'Fat-Loss Home Workouts', he noted, “Build a 4-day weekly workout plan I can do at home, no equipment. Focus on fat loss, bodyweight strength, and mobility. Each session should be 25–35 mins and progressively get harder over 12 weeks.”

Also, below 'Craving & Emotional Eating Support', he said, “Give me a list of 10 high-volume, low-calorie snacks under 200 calories that help curb sugar cravings. Also include a short script I can repeat to myself when I feel the urge to binge.”

Under 'Mindset & Consistency Prompts' he wrote, “Create a morning journaling script I can fill in under 5 minutes that includes: 1) my goal reminder, 2) one action I’ll take today, 3) what I’m grateful for, and 4) a fitness affirmation.”

Several users took his prompts as positive as he had shared them on New Year, were many take new resolutions including starting their weight-loss journey.
