After "Agent Kim Reactivated", another interesting new K-drama is about to land on Netflix. A South Korean thriller-comedy, the show features Ji Sung and Ha Yoon-kyung in lead roles. It will officially begin premiering on July 11, 2026. It will also stream on the South Korean cable network JTBC, with weekly episode drops (on Saturday and Sunday). Each episode runs for approximately 70 minutes.

Directed by Jo Yong-won ("Sketch") and written by Kim Yoon-young ("My Strange Hero"), the show's story, as per the official logline, follows Park Hae-gang, a desperate, cash-strapped former boss of the Oasis Gang. He decides to infiltrate a newly built apartment complex with one main goal: to win the election for the apartment residents' association president and steal the building's hidden multi-billion won maintenance reserve fund. To pull off the heist, he teams up with an aspiring lawyer, Kang Ha-ri.

However, their selfish plans go off the rails when they start digging into the complex's secrets. They accidentally uncover a massive, deeply rooted web of corruption involving influential neighbors and powerful local figures. As Hae-gang navigates these chaotic and relatable neighborhood power struggles, he gradually transforms from a greedy thief into an unlikely local community hero.

Ji Sung plays Park Hae-gang, the vicious former gangster leader who runs for apartment president to get rich — making his highly anticipated Netflix debut. Actor Ha Yoon-kyung plays Kang Ha-ri, an ambitious, aspiring lawyer who teams up with Hae-gang to target the apartment complex's reserve fund. Moon So-ri plays Jang Suk-jin, a prominent resident whose initial conflicts with Hae-gang humorously spark the neighborhood friction. Park Byung-eun essays Lee Chung Won, another key player navigating the complex dynamics of the apartment complex.
