Yet another crime series based on a Harlan Coben book is on its way soon to Netflix. Created by Robert Hull ("Quantum Leap", "Alcatraz"), the adaptation of the bestselling novelist's 2023 novel "I Will Find You" will begin streaming from June 18.
The eight-episode show has assembled some of the biggest names in showbiz, such as Sam Worthington, Britt Lower, Milo Ventimiglia, Logan Browning, Erin Richards, Jonathan Tucker, Chi McBride, Madeleine Stowe, and Clancy Brown.
Worthington plays a man serving a false life sentence for a crime he didn't commit — murdering his son. When he learns of the possibility that his son may be alive, he decides to break out of prison.
In an official Netflix statement, Hull said he is excited to have a stellar ensemble in this adaptation. “The cast we’ve assembled is nothing short of phenomenal. Any one of these incredible artists would be a dream on their own. The fact that we’ve somehow drawn them all in is a testament to the power of Harlan’s storytelling and the incredible support of everyone at Netflix. I cannot wait to watch them bring these roles to life.”
The last Coben book adaptation for Netflix was "Run Away", which debuted on the streamer earlier this year. Another adaptation, "The Woods", is being shot. Aside from the aforementioned shows, Coben was fortunate to work with Netflix on eight shows in different languages — "Missing You", "Fool Me Once", "Stay Close", "The Stranger", "Safe", "The Innocent", "Gone for Good", and "Hold Tight".
Interestingly, "I Will Find You" is the first of Coben’s Netflix adaptations set in the US.
