BJP MP Subramanian Swamy, who had previously listed "24 reasons why Sushant Singh Rajput's death is actually murder," has now come out with a claim that a “Dubai compliant drug dealer” had met the late actor on the day of his “murder.”

Taking to Twitter, Swamy claimed that the “real give away” in the case of the death of Sunanda Pushkar was what was found in her stomach during autopsy and added that “this was not done for Sridevi or Sushant.”

“Like in Sunanda Pushkar case the real give away was what was found in her stomach during post mortem by AIIMS doctors. This was not done for Sridevi or Sushant. In Sushant case a Dubai compliant drug dealer Ayash Khan had met Sushant on the day of Sushant’s murder. Why,” the BJP MP tweeted.

In another tweet, the parliamentarian said if actor Rhea Chakraborty, accused of abetting Sushant's suicide, keeps giving evidence which contradicts her conversation with director Mahesh Bhatt, the CBI will have no option but to arrest her and "subject her to custodial interrogation."

"If Rhea Chakravarty keeps giving evidence which contradicts her conversation with Mahesh Bhatt then CBI will have no alternative but to arrest her and subject her to custodial interrogation to get at the truth," he wrote.

Meanwhile, the CBI officials probing the case visited a Mumbai-based resort where the late actor is said to have spent a couple of months, and also continued the questioning of the actor's friend and cook at the DRDO guest house in Mumbai. A CBI team on Monday reached the Waterstone Resort in suburban Andheri, where Rajput is apparently spent about two months, for questioning its staff in connection with the probe into his death, according to the official.
