Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi has reportedly been booked for rape.

According to media reports, the Mumbai Police on Thursday filed an FIR against the actor-producer following a complaint filed.
Pancholi has been booked under under Section 376 (for rape), 328 (causing hurt), 384 (extortion), 341 and 342 (wrongful confinement) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), say media reports.
In the complaint, it has been alleged that the actor has been raped several times by Aditya Pancholi 10 years ago. She claimed that he forced her to be in a relationship with him and said she has been abused both sexually and mentally.
According to an India Today report, the police had said it may be difficult to collect evidence and prove the case as the alleged incidents happened 10 years ago.
After the complaint was filed, Aditya Pancholi filed a defamation suit, claiming that attempt has been made to tarnish his image.
