Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey has been sued by an anonymous massage therapist over alleged sexual assault.
The actor who has been facing other allegations of sexual harassment, is now being sued for sexual battery, assault, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
The accuser, who is being represented by sexual harassment attorney Genie Harrison, said he was hired as a massage therapist and taken to Spacey's private Malibu residence. According to the law suit, the man said he was led into a room and alleged that Sapcey locked the door behind them. At this point, Spacey claimed that he had been 'experiencing some pain in his groin area', laid down on the table facing up, and forced the masseur to touch his genitals. The accuser said that he was forced to rub the actor's penis, scrotum and testicles twice during the session. He added that Spacey's actions made him jump back in shock and alleged that the actor tried to kiss him, and was offered oral sex by Spacey.
According to the complaint, he had to ask the actor several times to allow him to go before he was finally allowed to leave.
