Amazon and Flipkart will kick off their sale festivals on October 8. Hours after Amazon announced their Great Indian Festival, Flipkart too revealed the date of their Big Billion Days sale.
Both Amazon Prime and Flipkart Plus members will get early access from October 7 midnight, 24 hours before the sale begins. Amazon is yet to reveal an end date but if you go by previous years, the fest will last for a week and conclude by October 15. Flipkart has revealed that its sale will end on October 15.
If you have an SBI card, you can avail a 10 per cent instant discount on your purchase as well as EMI transactions. If you don't have it, no need to worry. Watch out for Amazon Pay deals, cashback offers, no-cost EMI options, coupons and additional warranties.
For Flipkart customers, 10 per cent discount can be availed using ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Kotak Bank cards during purchase as well as EMI transactions. Paytm users can also get deals on UPI and wallet transactions.
Amazon deals
Amazon has revealed some kickstarter deals on electronics, appliances, books, groceries, clothing, and footwear. Motorola Razr 40 will get 50 per cent discount and Mi 11X Pro will get 45 per cent off while Vivo Y02T will get a 44 per cent off and Redmi 10 Power 41 per cent.
Clothing brands like Allen Solly, Van Heusen and U.S.P.A will see up to 84 per cent discounts while Harpa, BIBA and Miss Chase will see up to 86 per cent off. Up to 79 per cent discount is offered on eyewear.
Last year, Amazon had come up with an option to redeem diamonds for cashback rewards. However, the company has not announced a similar deal this time. The company, which had offered a 10 per cent cashback for customers on their first purchase in 2022, did not introduce any similar deals so far.
Flipkart deals
Flipkart customers can book flights without paying convenience fees using code ZEROFEE and pay plane tickets starting from Rs 1,499 using code FLYFK. Flipkart also offers Rs 25,000 off on international flights using code FKINT.
No cost EMI offers on smartphones include three, six, nine and 12 month durations. Flipkart also promises "unbeatable" exchange offers and credit up to Rs 1 lakh.
Women's Indian wear will get up to 80 per cent off during the Flipkart sale. Smartphones will also get 80 per cent discount.
