The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the class 12 compartment result 2019. Students can check their CBSE class 12 compartment result on the official websites cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in.

The CBSE had conducted the class 12 compartment examination on 2 July, 2019.

Students are advised to keep their admit cards handy to check the results of the CBSE class 12 compartment exam 2019.

How to check CBSE class 12 compartment Result 2019:

1. Go to the official websites of the CBSE at cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in.

2. Click on the ‘Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) Results 2019-Compartment’ link.

3. Enter the required details in the provided fields as given in your admit card and click on ‘submit’.

4. Your CBSE class 12 compartment results 2019 will be displayed.

5. Download the result and take a print out for further reference.

The mark sheet for the CBSE class 12 compartment exam will reportedly be released in the DigiLocker account created for each student by the board.

The CBSE had announced the class 12 examination results on May 2, 2019. This year, 83.4 per cent of about 1 lakh students, who wrote the exam, had cleared it. Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora were declared toppers by the board for scoring 499 out of 500 marks. Meanwhile, CBSE declared the class 10 result on May 6 and students scored an overall pass percentage of 91.1 per cent.

As per the new rules of the CBSE, students would get three chances to appear in compartment exams from the 2020 academic year.

A student may reappear for the compartment exam to be held the same year and avail of the second chance in March next year. Students who fail in the compartment exam will be allowed to appear for the examination next year and practical marks will be carried forward.

To pass the CBSE class 10 and 12 compartment exams, students need to score at least 33 per cent in theory and practical, as well as the aggregate.
