Indian batsmen were just a shade of their fairy-tale track record of 19-consecutive match wins as they crumbled in quick succession on the second day of the first test in Pune. India was all out for 105.

From 94/4, Indians fell to 95/7, thanks to a dangerous spell from Steve O'Keefe where he managed to hunt down KL Rahul (64), Ajinkya Rahane (13) and Wriddhiman Saha (0).

The left arm pacer scalped six wickets for Australia.

By lunch, India scored 70 runs at a loss of three wickets against Australia in the second day of the first Test on Friday. KL Rahul (47) and Rahane (6) were at the crease, as  as the wickets of Murali Vijay, Pujara and Virat Kohli were lost in quick succession.

Australia had been bowled out for 260 in their first innings on the second day of the first cricket Test against India.
