Arsenal fans are celebrating all over the world as the team ended their 22-year-long wait and won the Premier League, as Manchester City drew to AFC Bournemouth on Tuesday.
Arsenal are 4 points clear at the top of the points table with 82 points in hand after the 1-0 win against Burnley. At the Vitality Stadium, on Tuesday, Bournemouth were leading 1-0 with a goal by Kroupi from inside the D-box to with a goal to the top-right corner, but toward the end, Haaland scored in the 97th minute, tying the game.
Now, Arsenal is Premier League champion and here are the players who made that happen:
David Raya
There are a few players who have had a major impact on Arsenal’s campaign this season, starting with the Spanish wall David Raya. He has played all Premier League matches this season, with 19 clean sheets, 60 saves, and has only allowed the team to concede 26 goals.
Some of his best saves include the save during match week 18 against Brighton, where he saved a curved shot into the net and Ollie Watkins' close set-piece header.
Gabriel Magalhães
Another player who has blocked the opposition from scoring is Gabriel.
He has had 32 appearances in the Premier League this season, contributing 3 goals and 4 assists, as well as total tackles amounting to 38, with interceptions and blocks amounting to 23 and 34, respectively.
Max Dowman
Max Dowman was included in the Premier League squad this season after his incredible performance in the Arsenal Academy.
He has appeared for the team in 5 games and became the youngest player (16 years and 73 days) in Premier League history to score a goal in the competition, which occurred during match week 30 against Everton when he was subbed in and during the 97th minute got possession of the ball and sprinted to the rival’s side with no player in place and scored.
Viktor Gyokores
Viktor Gyokores was bought by Arsenal for 64 million pounds during the summer transfer window in 2025 from Sporting, and he has made every penny worth it for the team.
The striker has played 35 matches in the EPL and scored 14 goals, becoming the highest goal scorer in the team, with his best goals being during the North London Derby matches.
Eberechi Eze
Another newcomer in the team who has done wonders is Eberechi Eze. Previously, he played for Crystal Palace and was being targeted by Spurs, but Eze accepted Arsenal’s offer as he used to play in the Arsenal Academy during his youth.
He has played in 32 games, scoring 7 goals and having 2 assists. Even though these numbers are small, his performance during the North London Derbies was excellent as he scored 4 goals in total during the matches, which led to Arsenal having a 5-point lead in the competition.
Arsenal battles are not done as the final showdown for the Champions League title is set to take place at Puskas Arena, Budapest, Hungary, on 30th May, against the title defenders PSG.
