Real Madrid's immediate focus remains on the development of existing young midfielders, Arda GĆ¼ler and Jude Bellingham, both of whom are established in the squad but still have significant potential to unlock. The plan to bring in a new midfielder is confirmed, but any signing must complement the duo's natural game without affecting their development.

Anderson is currently being compared with a shortlist of other targets. Angelo Stiller, who was previously considered the choice to fill the void left by Toni Kroos, is still being tracked but is no longer the frontrunner. With Nico Paz also set to join from Como, Real Madrid will conduct several in-depth analyses before finalising any name.
