Both of Saturday's Indian Super League (ISL) encounters resulted in teams splitting points. While the first game of the day was a goalless draw between Bengaluru FC and Odisha FC, the second encounter finished with Jamshedpur FC and Kerala Blasters FC scoring a goal each.

A win could have strengthened KBFC's chances of confirming a play-off berth. However, the result means the race for the last two play off spots remains wide open.

As a consequence of the two games, Kerala Blasters FC remain fifth in the ISL table with 30 points from 19 games, while Jamshedpur stand seventh with 21 points after 20 games. Bengaluru FC are sixth with 22 points from 20 while Odisha FC trail second-placed MBSG by 3 points. Mohun Bagan, which have 39 points from 18 games, have played a game lesser than Odisha.

Both goals of the second match came in the first-half. Both the goalkeepers were called into action the injury time and TP Rahenesh and Karanjit Singh rose to the occasion.

It was KBFC who scored first at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in the 23rd minute through Dimitrios Diamantakos. The Greek forward scored the 13th goal of the campaign to go past Roy Krishna in the top-scorer race. However, a clever run by Javier Siverio in the injury time of the first-half ensured that the hometeam established parity. Either side failed to find  a winning goal as both defences stood strong till the final whistle.

Bengaluru FC will travel next to Kolkata to take on East Bengal on April 7 while Odisha FC will take on Punjab FC (April 2) before meeting leaders Mumbai City FC (April 8). Jamshedpur and KBFC are up against East Bengal and Chennaiyin FC respectively.
