Brazilian football forward Neymar is all set to join Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal as the football club arrived at a deal for 90 million euros. According to reports, the transfer is subject to his successful medical.

The transfer fee is approximately about 90 million euros plus add-ons, BBC reported. Neymar joined PSG in 2017 for a record transfer fee of 222 million euros, the publication reported. Al Jazeera reported that the deal could net Neymar 160 million euros.

According to reports, Neymar will undergo his medical on Monday in Paris and will be presented to fans at King Fahd International Stadium in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday.

Neymar was contracted to stay in Paris until 2025 and has 118 goals in 173 appearances, capturing numerous trophies including five Ligue 1 titles, Reuters reported.

Al Hilal reportedly also tried to sign Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi. However, Messi decided to join Major League Soccer's Inter Miami. Al Hilal have won 66 trophies and hold the record for league and Asian Champions League titles, Reuters reported.

For Al Hilal, strengthening the squad is a priority, as the Saudi Public Investment Fund announced in June an investment and privatisation project for sports clubs involving league champions Al Ittihad, Al Ahli, Al Nassr and Al Hilal, the agency reported.
