Brazil star Neymar's wish has finally come true. After Brazil's 1-0 win over Peru in the first semifinal of the Copa America tournament, Neymar had said he wanted to see Argentina in the final, even before Lionel Messi's side clashed with Colombia in the second semifinal on Tuesday night.
After finishing the 90 minutes 1-1, Argentina and Colombia headed into the penalty shoot-out, where the former won 3-2.
Cuadrado beat Argentine goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez to begin the penalty shoot-out, before Messi equalised. Emiliano proved decisive as he blocked Davinson Sanchez and Yerry Mina before Leandro Paredes scored to give Argentina a 2-1 lead.
Miguel Borja scored a second goal for Colombia before Lautaro Martinez made it 3-2 after four attempts each. Emiliano rounded off his star performance by denying Edwin Cardona.

Earlier, Lautaro Martinez gave an early lead to Argentina in the seventh minute. In the second half, Argentina failed to capitalise even as Luis Dias equalised for Colombia in the 61st minute.
The Brazil-versus-Argentina final will be their first titular clash at Copa America since 2007. Brazil had won the match 3-0. Argentina has faced heartbreak in three consecutive finals: 2014 World Cup, 2015 Copa América and 2016 Copa América Centenario. While Brazil has home advantage, Messi will be hoping to add to his tournament tally of four goals and five assists.
