Both teams head into the tie with 35 points on board, as Real Madrid will look to post their first league victory over Barcelona since April 2016.

Hundreds of protesters blocked traffic outside Camp Nou as Barcelona and Real Madrid prepared to play for the 276th time late on Wednesday. The Clasico was to be played on October 26 but the RFEF decided to postpone "due to exceptional causes", as protests broke out after nine separatist leaders were sentenced to heavy prison sentences for their involvement in the independence referendum of 2017.

The Real Madrid-Barcelona match is being played at the Camp Nou on December 18, 2019. The match, however, will begin at 12:30am IST on Thursday.
