Bollywood and Indian cricket have had a bit of a history of romance between them. While some affairs end in 'happily-married-ever-after' sagas like that of M.A.K. Pataudi-Sharmila Tagore, Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma or Yuvraj Singh-Hazel Keech (to name a few), others die a natural death.
The latest cricketer to send the rumour mills into overdrive is the young Rishabh Pant. The flamboyant wicketkeeper-batsman has been under the weather as far as his performances on the field are concerned. In the recently-concluded three-match T20I series against the West Indies, Pant scored 18, 33* and 0. Though India won the third match by 67 runs at the Wankhede Stadium, and the series 2-1, Pant scored a duck in that final match.
But what set the tongues wagging was his late-night dinner outing with actress Urvashi Rautela before the third T20I. The two were spotted together at Estella in Juhu at around 11pm.
In January this year, Pant had shared a picture posted by his girlfriend Isha Negi, on Instagram. “My man, my soulmate, my best friend, the love of my life. @rishabpant” was how Negi captioned her picture with Pant. "I just want to make you happy because you are the reason I am so happy," the southpaw had written while sharing it on social media.
Negi is an entrepreneur and an interior designer.
Rautela, on the other hand, was rumoured to be in a relationship with all-rounder Hardik Pandya. However, he is believed to be dating actress-model Natasa Stankovic now.
The actress was last seen in John Abraham, Anil Kapoor-starrer 'Pagalpanti' which released on November 22.
