India opener Rohit Sharma on Tuesday became only the second batsman to hit four centuries in a World Cup. Rohit reached his fourth ton in this edition of the World Cup during the match against Bangladesh at Edgbaston.

Rohit, however, got out soon, caught by Liton Das off a Soumya Sarkar delivery in the 29th over.

India won the toss and chose to bat first against Bangladesh.
