Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed won the toss and opted to bat against India in the Super Four match of the Asia Cup on Sunday.

India are eyeing a place in the final after three wins, while Pakistan will look to step up their game in the Super Four match.

In their group match, India had defeated Pakistan by eight after chasing a small target of 163.

Facing Pakistan again in the Super Four stage, India captain Rohit Sharma and his opener partner Shikhar Dhawan would look to continue their good run.

The middle order is, for the time being, relying on Ambati Rayudu and Dinesh Karthik's performance. The addition of Ravindra Jadeja, who made a memorable comeback to the ODI side with a four-wicket haul in the match against Bangladesh, would also play to India's strengths.

The pace duo of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah are expected to make the initial breakthroughs and put Pakistan on the backfoot before the spinners are introduced.

Pakistan's strike bowler Mohammad Aamir has not been among the wickets in recent time, and has been a cause of worry for the team. He failed to deliver against India in the group match and was not included in the match against Afghanistan.

The likes of Hasan Ali and Usman Khan will have to step up their game if their team is to do well.
