Dubai Chambers, a non-profit organisation that serves the needs of the business community in Dubai, is organising dedicated training sessions for member companies in Agentic AI. This comes as the emirate expands efforts to prepare its private sector for the next phase of artificial intelligence.
The Business Groups and Business Councils operating under Dubai Chamber of Commerce will get the training to improve operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making.
Agentic AI was launched as part of Dubai’s programme to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI. It was launched under the directives of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The instructions will be provided via the Dubai Chambers Academy, a newly established comprehensive e-learning hub that features dedicated Agentic AI curricula for the private sector. The Academy's debut was attended by Eng Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers; Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers; and 90 chairpersons representing Business Groups and Business Councils.
Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, chairman of Dubai Chambers, said the initiative aimed at shifting the private sector toward Agentic AI underscores Dubai's dedication to realising its leadership's vision by readying the business community to embrace cutting-edge technologies and leverage them for sustainable value creation.
He added that Agentic AI is transforming operational paradigms by handling intricate tasks, facilitating smarter decision-making, elevating productivity, and unlocking fresh avenues for expansion. “Through these tailored training tracks, the aim is to arm the private sector with the necessary skills and insights to grasp Agentic AI and convert its promise into tangible outcomes,” he added.
The training tracks will focus on practical applications of Agentic AI in a business environment. The attendees can explore the latest tools and solutions and learn how they can be applied to improve business operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making.
The participants will also be given practical guidance on adopting the technology, with the training designed to help businesses identify applications across their operations and develop the capabilities required as Agentic AI takes a greater role in business.
