At least 4 people died and more than a dozen others were injured after a attackers opened fire in a bus at Jerusalem on Monday morning, the police said.
Two attackers allegedly boarded a bus, which was then located at a busy intersection in north Jerusalem, an Associated Press report said.
Although the two attackers were "neutralised" soon after the shooting began, no details about the attackers is known yet.
Paramedics also said that 6 people were in a critical condition.
“I was on the bus. The bus was packed,” a woman who was on that bus told Israeli media, as per a Times of Israel report, recounting the harrowing moments of the incident.
“The moment [the driver] opened the door … terrorists came. It was terrible. I was by the back door, I fell on everyone and escaped, I saved myself," she added.
The woman reportedly hid underneath another vehicle in the area until the shooting stopped when the terrorists were neutralised.
“There was gunfire there beyond anything imaginable. I can’t believe I’m standing here. Indescribable gunfire,” she remarked.
