Rohini Acharya, daughter of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, who recently announced her decision to quit politics and disown her family, launched a fresh attack on the party led by her brother Tejashwi Yadav, alleging that it was being run by “infiltrators and conspirators” sent by fascist opponents.
In a post on X, Acharya expressed concern over the current state of the party, highlighting “Laluvad” as a struggle for the marginalised and urging grassroots workers to speak out fearlessly.
Whoever is a true ‘Laluvadi’ would question the current state of the party founded by Lalu Prasad Yadav, Acharya said, criticizing leaders for avoiding tough questions, dodging accountability, and mistreating those who speak out.
"Such a person will undoubtedly question those responsible for the party's current sorry state and raise their voice against the dubious and suspect roles of such people, without caring for the consequences," she said.

Acharya, a doctor by qualification, who chose to become a homemaker and settled down with her Singapore-based husband, alleged that the true control of the party now rests with “infiltrators and conspirators” sent by fascist opponents.
"Today, the real command of the party—known for fighting for the rights and entitlements of the people—lies in the hands of those infiltrators and conspirators sent by fascist opponents, who were dispatched with the task of utterly destroying Laluism; such people, having entrenched themselves, seem to be succeeding to a great extent in their dirty motives," the post said.
"They misbehave with those who speak for 'Laluism' and the party's interests. They indulge in rude behaviour with the people who think for the betterment of the party. If 'he' (likely referring to Tejashwi Yadav) maintains silence, then the charge and accusation of complicity with the gang plotting against the party and 'Laluvad' stands automatically proven," the post continued.
Acharya’s relationship with the party and her family reportedly came under strain following the Bihar Assembly elections in November, after she alleged that she was subjected to verbal and physical abuse. She also claimed that she was thrown out of the house for questioning the actions of Tejashwi’s associates.
Acharya had earlier launched a sharp attack on her family, alleging that they referred to the kidney she donated to her father, Lalu Prasad Yadav, a few years ago as “dirty.” She also claimed she was accused of receiving crores of rupees and an election ticket in return for donating her “dirty kidney” to him.
