The owners of the Goa Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Arpora, where 25 died in a massive fire, allegedly ran 42 shell firms under their restaurant businesses.
All of the firms were reportedly registered under the same address in north-west Delhi and were opened in the last two years, according to a Times Now report.

The Luthras are currently trying to move Delhi’s Rohini Court to grant them anticipatory bail to avoid arrest.
A blue corner notice was issued by Interpol after the Kuthra fled to Phuket, Thailand, immediately after the fire incident.
A senior Goa police officer told TOI, “The notice would help trace the accused and also prevent them from migrating to any other country from their present destination.”
Goa authorities demolished their property, citing illegal construction.
On Wednesday, police detained Ajay Gupta, one of the four co-owners of the nightclub.
He was previously absconding.
Goa chief minister Pramod Sawant confirmed that a police team will be sent to Thailand. The effect will rely on the formal extradition treaty between India and Thailand, which went into force in 2015.
Five other individuals related to the operations of the nightclub have also been arrested, including chief general manager Rajiv Modak, general manager Vivek Singh, bar manager Rajiv Singhania, gate manager Riyanshu Thakur, and Bharat Kohli.
