Trinamool Congress chairperson and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee sustained 'major injuries' on Thursday.
The X handle of All India Trinamool Congress posted a few pictures of the chief minister which showed her bleeding from the forehead.
According to sources, she has been admitted to the hospital. The pictures appeared to be taken from the hospital.
"Our chairperson @MamataOfficial sustained a major injury. Please keep her in your prayers," the post read.
