JEE Main paper 1 results announced; six students score 100 percentile

All the six perfect scorers are boys

Six students have got 100 percentile score as the results of paper 1 (BE/BTech) of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2021 were announced by the National Testing Agency on Monday. The results are available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in and the students can access them using their application number and password.

Those who got  100 percentile score are Pravar Kataria and Ranjim Prabal Das from Delhi, Guramrit Singh from Chandigarh, Saket Jha from Rajasthan, Sidhanth Mukherjee from Maharashtra and Ananth Krishna Kidambi from Gujarat. Among girls, Komma Sharanya from Telangana has topped the exam with 99.9990421 percentile score.

The JEE Main exams for BE/BTech were conducted from February 23 to 26. A total number of 6.52 lakh candidates had registered for the paper 1.

The examinations  were  conducted  in 331 cities [including  9  cities  outside  India  in Colombo, Doha,  Dubai,  Kathmandu,  Muscat,  Riyadh,  Sharjah,  Singapore,and  Kuwait]  in  828 Centres.

The  examination  was  conducted for  the first  time  in  13  languages (English,  Hindi,  Gujarati along  with  Assamese,  Bengali,  Kannada,  Malayalam,  Marathi,  Odia,  Punjabi,  Tamil, Telugu and Urdu).
