Tamil Nadu reported second case of COVID-19 on Wednesday with a man in Chennai tsting positive for the novel coronavirus.
“The patient hails from Delhi. He is in isolation and is stable,” said Health Minister C. Vijayabaskar.
He said the patient is under the observation of an expert team.
Earlier, a 45-year-old man had tested positive for the deadly virus in Chennai. He has later recovered and two subsequent tests returned negative.
