More than 5,400 posts, including those of Branch Postmaster (BPM), Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM) and Dak Sevak have to be filled by the Indian Postal department. Notification for recruitment has been released by India Post.
There are 2707 vacancies to be filled in Andhra Pradesh circle, 1799 in Chhattisgarh circle and 970 in Telangana circle. The registration process began on Tuesday and will continue till November 14. Applicants can submit complete forms online between October 22 and November 21.
Hopeful applicants should be at least 18 years of age and below the age of 40 as on October 15, 2019. They should also have passed class 10 at least and have passing marks in mathematics and English.
Candidates can access the registration form online. Once the application is submitted, they will need to note down the registration number future reference. Those who finally get employed will get a minimum pay package between Rs 10,000 to 14,500 per month.
