In a recent video post, the pop star Justin Bieber has opened up about his anger issues and mental health struggles. Though this is not the first time the singer opened up about his mental health struggles, he admitted that he sometimes “hates himself”.

The 31-year-old star shared the post from his music session on his Instagram handle.

"I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic. Then I remember we're all being made to think we're not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people," he said.

In the post, Bieber wrote he hates to change in order to please people.

"I got anger issues too, but I want to grow and not reach so much," he said.

The video featured a close-up picture of his face, a picture from his childhood and his son Jack Blues Bieber lying in front of the projector.

This is not the first time that Bieber has addressed his mental health struggles on social media.

He expressed his dislike for adapting himself to satisfy others.

In a message on March 13, he wrote "People told me my whole life 'wow Justin u deserve that' and I personally have always felt unworthy. Like I was a fraud, Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, damn if only they knew my thoughts”.

"How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn't be saying this", he added. "I say all this to say. If you feel sneaky welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days”.
