A24’s documentary "You Can See Everything", directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, has become a major box office success. The film has reportedly earned more than $25 million in North America in its first week, despite a modest $7 million budget. The three-hour documentary explores the final days of disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes before she begins her federal prison sentence.

The film’s opening weekend was remarkable, earning $15.6 million from just 855 theatres, per reports. This was the second-biggest opening weekend for a documentary in North American history, behind Michael Moore’s "Fahrenheit 9/11", which earned $23.9 million in 2004. The success has also placed "You Can See Everything" among the ten highest-grossing non-music documentaries in North American history.

Strong audience interest and viral attention have helped the film grow even further. After more than 2,000 screenings sold out, A24 reportedly expanded its release from 855 to 2,655 theatres for the second weekend. On Friday, October 23, the documentary earned $5.8 million, marking a 5% increase over its opening Friday. It is now expected to earn between $19 million and more than $20 million during its second weekend, putting it in competition for the top box office position against Warner Bros. and DC’s horror film "Clayface".

International audiences, however, will have to wait longer to watch the documentary. Its UK and Australian releases are scheduled for November 20, 2026. Sony Pictures has also acquired distribution rights for several markets, including Germany, Latin America and South Korea, but release plans are unclear at the moment.
