"Jailer 2", starring Rajinikanth, has crossed the ₹200 crore mark at the worldwide box office within just two days of its release. The film has earned an estimated ₹209.10 crore in worldwide gross collections, supported by strong performances in India and overseas markets.

Released on October 15, the film collected ₹127.25 crore worldwide on its opening day. On October 16, it added another ₹81.85 crore, taking its two-day worldwide gross to ₹209.10 crore. In India, the film has earned ₹95.30 crore in net collections and ₹112.10 crore in gross collections. Its overseas earnings have reached ₹97 crore.

Tracking figures from Sacnilk showed that the Tamil version remains the film's biggest contributor in India. It collected ₹43.35 crore net on Day 1 and ₹25.25 crore on Day 2, taking its two-day total to ₹68.60 crore. The Telugu version has earned ₹19.75 crore, while the Hindi version has collected ₹6.25 crore. The Kannada version has contributed ₹70 lakh.

On its opening day, "Jailer 2" recorded 16,599 shows across these four languages. On the second day, it played across 13,157 shows. Although collections declined on Day 2, the film maintained a strong pace at the box office.

The sequel also registered a safer second-day drop unlike the original "Jailer". Its collections fell by around 40.37% from Day 1 to Day 2, while the original reportedly saw a steeper drop of 46.74%. The sequel's higher number of shows on its second day may have helped it maintain momentum ahead of the weekend.

Written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, "Jailer 2" features Rajinikanth returning as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian. The ensemble cast includes S. J. Suryah, Mithun Chakraborty, Vidya Balan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Ramya Krishnan and Yogi Babu.

The film also features special appearances by Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Hrithik Roshan, Jackie Shroff and Vijay Sethupathi.
