The arrival of the baby girl was announced on Saturday evening through the Instagram handles of both Ranveer and Deepika, with the picture of a tiny footprint. The note read, "Welcome Baby Girl. 19/9/2026. Dua, Deepika & Ranveer."
The couple announced their second pregnancy on April 19. They recently shared images from their pregnancy shoot ahead of the due date. Deepika was seen flaunting her baby bump on Instagram in the maternity pictures posted on Dua's birthday.

Ahead of the arrival of the newborn, the couple visited prominent temples, including Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple and Lalbaugcha Raja, to seek Bappa's blessings.
Their first daughter, Dua, was born on September 8, 2024. Two days before Dua's birth, the couple was seen at Siddhivinayak Temple.
The couple who started dating in 2012 during the shooting of Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela reportedly got engaged secretly in 2015 before going public years later. They tied the knot in Lake Como, Italy, on November 14, 2018.
