"Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar" has demonstrated strong holding power at the box office in its opening four-day run. It continued its strong run on Day 4, collecting a net ₹2 crore from 882 shows. With this, the film’s total India gross collection has reached ₹8.65 crore, while its India net collection stands at ₹7.45 crore after four days, as per data reported by Sacnilk.

The film has clearly performed better than "I, Nobody" both on its fourth-day and overall collections. Starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Parvathy Thiruvothu, "I, Nobody" had a stronger opening day but struggled after receiving negative word-of-mouth. Its collections declined steadily over the opening weekend.

"Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar", on the other hand, has shown a much stronger overall hold. Its ₹2 crore net collection on Day 4 was more than 40% higher than the estimated fourth-day collection of "I, Nobody" of ₹1.36–₹1.40 crore. This steady performance suggests that the film is benefiting from positive audience and critical response.

Its four-day net collection of ₹7.45 crore also puts "Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar in an important range for mid-budget Malayalam films. A ₹7–8 crore collection in the first four days is often seen as a healthy benchmark for movies that depend on strong word-of-mouth rather than a huge opening.

The film has by far shown a “reverse pyramid” growth pattern. Instead of opening with a massive first-day figure and then falling sharply, it started with a modest ₹92 lakh on Day 1 and has grown strongly over the following days.

The film has already impressively managed to cover the reported ₹5 crore budget in India net collections within four days. With positive word-of-mouth and strong occupancy, "Pradhama Drishtya Kuttakkar appears well placed for a healthy theatrical run.
